- On the myPayMedix home screen, click on the Forgot "Username" link under the Login button on the right side of the screen.
- Enter the email address that is associated with your myPayMedix account.
- Click on the Send button.
You will then receive the following screen:
As noted on the above screen, if the email address you have entered is associated with a registered account, you will receive an email containing the recovered username(s). Please be sure to check your junk or spam folder.
