Yes, you can.
To use the Pay Now feature on https://my.paymedix.com/, you will need your:
- Account Number
- Statement Number
- Your payment information (Credit Card, HSA Card, Bank Account, etc.)
1. Click on Pay Now.
2. Enter the following information:
- The Account and Statement numbers, which are both required and can be found in the upper right corner of your paper SuperEOB.
- Your phone number.
3. Then click the "Continue" button.
4. Select whether you prefer to pay the balance in full or to pay a partial payment (select "Other").
Please Note: If you cannot pay the balance in full by the due date, please call to our Customer Care team to discussion options and set up a payment plan.
5. then enter the following required details:
- Email address
- Payment type
- Payment information
- Account Billing Address
6. Click on "Review Payment".
7. Review the details entered and click on "Confirm Payment".
The payment is not complete until you have clicked the Confirm Payment button on the "Review Payment" screen.
8. Payment has been received
- The payment is completed when you see the "Payment Successful" message on the Pay Now Confirmation page.
- Save the Payment Confirmation Number as a reference to inquire about the payment just submitted.
