- Log into your myPayMedix account.
- Click on "Settings" on the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen
- Within the Profile tab, under the "Contact Information" section, click on the "+ Add" next to "Phone".
- You will be prompted to select the phone "type" (Mobile, Home, work, etc.) and enter your number.
- Click Send Verification.
*If you request text alerts under your Communications Preferences, you should expect to receive a text with a numeric code. You will need to enter the numeric code from that text within your myPayMedix account to verify your phone number.
