- If not already done so, log into your HPS | PayMedix Online Access account.
- Click on Account Settings
- Click on Add Phone number under the Mobile Phone section.
- You will be prompted to enter your carrier and phone number.
- Click submit.
If you requested text alerts under your Communications Preferences, expect a text to verify connectivity. You will need to enter the numeric code from that text on HPS | PayMedix’s web site.
The process will confirm your phone number.
