Starting at the top left, after an employee sees a provider, the claim is sent to HPS.
HPS works seamlessly with your Third Party Administrator (TPA) to process a timely claim.
Then, HPS pays the provider directly for both the employer and employee portions of the claim.
Each month, HPS sends you a SuperEOB consolidated statement summarizing the family’s health claims activity in a credit card-like format.
Then you can access claims transactions detail and make payments securely at HPS Online Access.
