Health Payment Systems | PayMedix sends you a SuperEOB® statement each month if a balance is due. You will always receive a paper copy. We can also notify you via the email address you have on file when a statement is available in your myPayMedix account.
To update your communication settings:
- Log into your myPayMedix account.
- Click on "Settings".
- Under the Profile tab, in the "Contact Information" section, ensure the "Email alerts" is toggled to the right (green).
- Once "Email alerts" is turned on, click on the Communication tab. Toggle the "Notify me when a new SuperEOB is available" to the right (green).
