How can a friend/relative make a payment on my behalf?

Online:

1. Provide your account and statement numbers to your friend/relative
2. Ask them to go to myPayMedix.com and click on Pay Now
3. Ask them to enter your account and statement number in the boxes as shown below
4. Ask your friend/relative to enter their
   1. email address
   2. credit card details
   3. billing address
5. Click "Review Payment"
6. Review and click "Confirm Payment" 

By Mail:

1. Provide your payment coupon to your friend/relative
   Provide your statement and account numbers
2. Ask your friend/relative to write your account and statement numbers on a check payable to Health Payment Systems
3. Mail the check and payment coupon to HPS | PayMedix
