How can a friend/relative make a payment on my behalf?

Online:

1. Provide your account and statement numbers to your friend/relative
2. Ask him/her to go to onlineaccess.hps.md and click on Pay Now
3. Ask him/her to enter your account and statement number in the boxes as shown below
4. Ask your friend/relative to enter his/her credit card details.
5. Click Continue
6. Review and submit the payment   

By Mail:

1. Provide your payment coupon to your friend/relative
   Provide your statement and account numbers
2. Ask your friend/relative to write your account and statement numbers on a check payable to Health Payment Systems
3. Mail the check and payment coupon to HPS
